We believe Jesus is the Son of God. We believe God raised Jesus from the dead after the third day. We believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus the Christ. We believe all those who profess Jesus Christ as Lord is saved by faith. We believe Jesus seeks in Holy love to save all people from aimlessness and sin and that Jesus will return again.
We believe God judges people and nations by Jesus righteousness which is declared through Prophets and Apostles. In Jesus Christ, the man of Nazareth, our crucified and risen Savior, Jesus has come to us and shared our common lot, conquering sin and death and reconciling the world to God. God bestows upon us God’s Holy Spirit, creating and renewing the church of Jesus Christ, binding in covenant faithful people of all ages, tongues, and races.
We believe God calls us into the church to accept the cost and joy of discipleship, to be Jesus’ servants in the service of men, to proclaim the gospel to all the world and resist the powers of evil, to share in Christ’s baptism and eat at the Lord’s table and to join Jesus in Christ’s passion and victory.
To all who trust God’s forgiveness of sins and fullness of grace, we believe Jesus promises courage in the struggle for justice and peace, God’s presence in trial and rejoicing and eternal life in Jesus’ Kingdom which has no end!
