Youth Leaders’ Meeting
May 20, 2026
To raise Startup Funds for our new church and secure our legacy, we are thrilled to announce a Two-Phase Giving Campaign!
- Phase 1: Raise $100,000 on Easter Sunday, April 5th. A very generous and anonymous donor committed to match every contribution dollar for dollar up to $100,000! Achieving this goal will be an incredible blessing, showcasing just how far we’ve come by faith!
- Phase 2: Our annual fundraiser begins April 12, 2026, and ends June 30, 2026.
How Does Participation Work
Each person who contributes during Phase 1 or Phase 2, regardless of amount, receives a leaf on our Church Family Legacy Tree. The tree will be affixed to the sanctuary’s back wall. Each leaf exhibits recognition levels that commemorate your generosity for future generations to come.
Donors’ names will be inscribed on their leaf/leaves, or they may choose to remain anonymous. Donors exceeding a tier level will obtain multiple leaves. For instance, an individual donating $20,000 may opt for either two platinum leaves or four gold leaves.
How Can You Honor a Loved One?
The base of our Church Family Legacy Tree serves to honor individuals who have passed away. Their faith, generosity, and contributions toward our church should never be forgotten. All donations will be acknowledged, and gifts of $25,000 or more will be commemorated with a foundation brick.
How Can I Participate?
- Make checks payable to Advocate Park Manor UCC – Cash donations are also welcome
- Mail checks on or before March 27th to be counted toward the Easter Sunday goal
- Give electronically via Givlify, PayPal or Zelle, which is new and most preferred
- Zelle & PayPal instructions will be provided before Easter Sunday
How Does This Campaign Help Our Church?
This presents a meaningful opportunity for our entire church community to unite, demonstrate commitment, and contribute to establishing a solid financial foundation. This effort will support the ongoing growth of the church, enabling it to continue providing spiritual guidance, outreach initiatives, food assistance, and service to our beloved congregants and our community.
How Can I Get Additional Information?
Please remain in the sanctuary after service on Sunday, 3/22 and 3/29, for Q&A sessions.
