Join Us for Men’s Month — BAM Sundays in June!
Get ready for a month of inspiration, connection, and spiritual growth at Advocate Park Manor UCC as we celebrate Men’s Month with BAM Sundays in June! BAM stands for Bring A Man, and we’re inviting every man, family, and friend to join us for four weeks of dynamic preaching, teaching, and fellowship. Our weekly services start at 10:30 AM, and children of all ages are welcome — with engaging breakout sessions for both elementary-aged kids and teenagers.
Weekly Highlights
Week 1: Communion & Fellowship
- We kick off Men’s Month by welcoming Pastor Barnes and members of Temple of the Living Word for a special day of communion, delicious food, fun activities, and heartfelt fellowship. Everyone is invited to participate and connect in the spirit of unity.
Week 2: “A Tie That Binds” Ceremony
- This week centers on nurturing bonds between boys and men. Elder Daniel Parham, a twenty-something year old who’s on fire for Jesus Christ, will bring the Word. You will also witness a touching ceremony, “A Tie That Binds,” designed to encourage relationships, mentorship, and togetherness.
Week 3: Focusing on Fathers
- Our very own Pastor Malcolm J. Griffith will deliver a powerful message fueled by the Holy Spirit. This week, the focus is on fathers, their influence, and their important role within the family and community.
Week 4: Biblical Family Relationships
- Pastor Malcolm J. Griffith continues with a vital message about men’s responsibilities to govern family relationships according to Biblical principles. Come ready to be inspired and challenged to lead with faith and love.
